KeyMark Announces Purchase of Pennsylvania-Based IMR
Headquartered in Camp Hill, Penn., IMR designs, implements, and supports technology solutions from single applications to enterprise-wide systems and is a reseller of DocuWare and OnBase software by Hyland.

IMR’s 64 employees will be integrated into KeyMark’s organization. The purchase establishes an even stronger presence for KeyMark in the northeast and mid-Atlantic regions, adding offices in Camp Hill, Penn., and Pittsburgh, Penn., as well as a business process outsourcing center in Hazleton, Penn.

Two weeks ago, KeyMark announced the purchase of New Jersey-based systems integrator Document Conversion Associates (DCA). “This is an exciting time for our customers and team members,” said Wanner. “As KeyMark continues its momentum, I believe that we are in a stronger position to help customers, expand our range of offerings, and grow as a diverse leader in the enterprise content management industry.”
Financial terms of the transaction are undisclosed.
