IMR Awarded Contract with Delaware Office of Pensions
To Install New Document Management System
Harrisburg, PA - Information management provider IMR announced that it has been awarded a contract to upgrade document management services for the State of Delaware Office of Pensions, after a competitive bid process.
The main objective of IMR's work will be to replace the existing system with an enhanced document management solution, based on the OnBase software platform. In upgrading the system at the Office of Pensions, IMR projects that results will improve member services for Delaware State pensioners, improve workflow efficiency in processing information, reduce operating costs, increase security and create a more efficient platform to manage and retrieve documents.
Located in Dover, the Delaware Office of Pensions administers the Delaware Public Employees' Retirement System. IMR's implementation of a new document imaging and management system will assist the Office of Pensions as it continually strives to improve operational processes and customer service to state employees, as well as the thousands of state retirees.
