IMR Production FacilityIMR has a state-of-the-art production and secure document storage facility, located in the Valmont Industrial Park in West Hazleton, PA. The fully-staffed 25,000 sq. ft. facility runs a two shift operation, with work being performed seven days a week.  Stringent SecurityIMR's production facility has stringent security measures in place to protect documents in the secure storage area as well as insure the confidentiality of documents and information being processed within. Access to the facility is strictly limited to authorized personnel via a computer-controlled and monitored key fob system. All visitors and non-scheduled employees must enter through the monitored main entrance, where they must be signed in and obtain a visitor's badge before entering the facility. Additionally, non-employee visitors must sign a non-disclosure agreement, and are escorted at all times while in the facility. Security services are handled by a third-party provider, and include around-the-clock monitoring for heat, smoke, fire, water infiltration, and unauthorized entry. Document StorageThe document storage area of the facility includes an inside loading area for courier vehicles. This provides complete protection for all customer documents and materials. Documents can be stored in one of several internal warehouse areas, ranging from open racking to a limited access storage area. A fireproof security vault is available for storage for high-security documents.
