Couriers
IMR maintains a fleet of vehicles, driven by our courier staff, for secure pick-up and delivery of customer materials. Our spacious loading dock allows us to unload all materials inside, so that in any weather condition, our customers can rest assured that their valuable documents are protected from the elements.

Document Packing
In the event that a customer does not have the staff necessary to properly package documents, IMR offers an on-site packaging service. Our staff can box, label, and inventory materials for transfer to our facility for conversion or storage.

Document Preparation Services
The documents found in most file systems are not ready for conversion to another format. Usually, they have staples, clips, notes, and tears, not to mention folds and other issues which need to be addressed prior to conversion. It is a tedious and labor intensive process, one which IMR can do much more cost-effectively.
