IMR's E-mail Integration/Retention Solution captures and stores all or select E-mails that are sent or received by an entire organization in their native format. This unique E-mail retention solution addresses regulatory and legal compliance requirements to capture, archive, retain and search for corporate E-mail data.
The solution easily integrates with existing Outlook software and provides the ability to automatically tag, capture and archive messages on a pre-determined basis. Messages can be marked for retention based on subject line, message content and/or attachments. Searches for E-mails and/or attached documents can be performed based on a meta data or full text search.

This integration provides users multiple methods to import E-mails and any associated attachments including drag and drop import and auto-indexing using mail field mappings. The familiar Outlook interface increases comfort and reduces training costs, while putting indexing in the hands of those most familiar with the documents.
